Atherton First National is a leading real estate office on the Atherton Tablelands. We provide real estate services for all types of properties in the southern Tablelands Regional Council area.  This emcompasses the towns of Atherton, Yungaburra, Malanda,  Herberton, Walkamin, Millaa Millaa, Dimbulah and Ravenshoe. 

Established in 1944 the family business has assisted thousands of people in buying, selling, renting or property management services throughout the area.  When dealing with Atherton First National you have peace of mind knowing you are in good hands as our staff have expert knowledge and experience in real estate as well as the local area. 

Principals

The Principals, Grant McAuliffe and Richie Cahill were born and bred on the Atherton Tablelands, and have wealth of knowledge in real estate with a combined time of over 60 years in real estate on the Atherton Tablelands.  Both are licensed Real Estate Agents and General Auctioneers.

With their local knowledge and wealth of experience in the industry they are able to advise on all aspects of real estate on the Atherton Tablelands.  With their competent staff they pride themselves in supplying an efficient professional service.

First National Network

Atherton First National Real Estate is a member of Australia's largest Real Estate Network, the "First National Real Estate Group" having over 500 offices throughout Australia.  Over a period of several years First National in conjuction with their providers have developed an extensive range of products and services to assist their office.  These products are at the forefront of technology including innovative websites and e-marketing tools.

Atherton First National Real Estate is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. This combined with the First National Network is a great advantage, allowing us co-operative sharing of ideas, knowledge, expertise and standards of practice.  The REIQ require all accredited office to undergo ongoing training and accreditation each year to ensure expertise of accredited offices.
